The Carolina Terrace Condominium Association is committed to maintaining the appearance, value, and long-term success of the community through responsible management and homeowner participation. Annual assessments help fund the maintenance and operation of the Association and its common areas, ensuring that the community remains an attractive and enjoyable place to live.

Annual dues are $150 per year, with invoices typically distributed in early December. Assessments are due by February 28 of each year. Timely payment of dues helps support community operations and assists the Association in meeting its obligations on behalf of all owners.

To preserve the character and appearance of the neighborhood, the Association's governing documents include architectural standards for new construction, exterior additions, and property modifications. Homeowners planning improvements or changes to their property should obtain the appropriate approvals before beginning work. Owners are encouraged to contact the management company for information regarding architectural review procedures and submission requirements.

Through cooperation between homeowners, the Board of Directors, and Kirby Management Group, Carolina Terrace continues to promote a well-maintained, attractive, and harmonious community for all residents.
